Fallon Community Health Plan, FCHP, was founded in 1977 to provide quality healthcare to the residents of Massachusetts. They are unique – they are the only health plan within the state that are an insurer and provider. They boast several accolades, including Excellent Accreditation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
